@PortlandAfoot July proposal was to increase LIFT price to $3. January proposal only raises cost to same as All-Zone cash fare = $2.40.
@trimet True! But 2011 proposal was 4 years long; this one's just 2 years, so obviously end price is lower. bit.ly/y9zoB6
