Operators need to do the job right
http://rantingsofatrimetbusdriver.blogspot.com/2011/07/operators-need-to-do-job-right.html
Yes please! I don't mind myself if a driver gives me the wrong transfer ticket, especially if i have no line to transfer to after that line, but when the fare inspectors do arise, I would very much appreciate a correct transfer for what i paid for because i don't want to end up waiting for the next bus with a fine--especially if the next bus isn't coming for another hour.

2011 TriMet bus rankings
http://portlandafoot.org/w/2011_TriMet_bus_rankings
Some of this stuff doesn't make sense to me and some I don't agree with.
For example, under the category 'TriMet's Creakiest Bus Lines', it doesn't list bus lines like the 51. The 51 never uses any other buses than the oldest in the fleet--the 1600s.
Or under the category 'TriMet's least reliable standard bus lines' where the 57 or 58 (both notorious for being late; 58 was nicknamed by a driver fifty-late) are both unmentioned.
And under 'TriMet's most reliable frequent bus lines' where it says the 57 is the most reliable with the buses being unbunched. Now that, from experience of seeing 57 buses on each other's tails before, say, coming into BTC or from other bus operator's tales of the terrible bus-bunching on that line, that line is probably one of the worst.
Let's see...under 'TriMet's lines with the worst midday service', I have a question: What about buses running weekday rush hour service that have been terribly cut back by TriMet? Those bus lines have the worst midday service cause they don't have any!
