Finally, we have the April ridership statistics

Performance Dashboard: April 2011

Another 'record ridership' month? Why do i doubt these numbers?

Record ridership for MAX and WES in May: Weekday bus trips up for the first time in 2+ years; MAX and WES see double-digit increases
I still really don't like how they compare the previous month's numbers to that month the year before. Doesn't seem very effective to me.
Now, TriMet, are we going to see the statistics and graphs for May?

Let's hear your thoughts so we can ignore them

I think I'm going to head down to the waterfront this afternoon and get some video of those ships departing. It should be interesting. Stupid, though, that they're departing during rush hour.

ARE YOU GETTING THE MAXIMUM USAGE OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE?

A Distant Sound of Churning

From the news this weekend, you'd think the world was in a coma, but I swear I heard ominous bassoon phrases through the night rain... something large groaning out there in the dark. A great churn, coming closer. The world is in a box, tortured with its obsolete ideas about how economies are supposed to run, especially the money part, and the economists are clueless.
