Bus, MAX & WES
Weekly trips were down 2.9 percent, to 1,912,650 trips.
Weekday trips were down 1.7 percent to 317,800 trips.
Weekend trips were down 8.2 percent to 323,700 trips.
Rush hour trips were down 0.2 percent to 102,130 trips.
Bus
Weekly bus trips declined 5.5 percent to 1,142,200 trips.
Weekday bus trips declined 4.8 percent to 192,500 trips.
Weekend bus trips were down 8.9 percent to 179,700 trips.
Rush hour bus trips were down 3.2 percent to 63,500 trips.
MAX
Weekly MAX trips increased 1.2 percent to 763,300 trips.
Weekday MAX trips were up 3.4 percent to 122,860 trips.
Weekend trips were down 7.3 percent to 144,000 trips. (Max ridership actually decreased?! No!! These numbers must not be right. TriMet could never admit that their precious MAX ridership is actually decreasing...)
Rush hour trips were up 4.8 percent to 37,200 trips.
MAX Green Line
Weekday trips averaged 21,800, up 14.1 percent.
Weekend trips averaged 23,900, down 2.4 percent.
WES
Weekly WES trips increased 13.5 percent to 7,150 trips.
Weekday/rush hour trips increased 13.5 percent to 1,430 boardings.
Keep in mind that these numbers are compared to February 2010 ridership, not last month.
