More cuts than last year? What, was cutting the service on some 60 bus lines and the 4 current light rail lines not enough, TriMet? You now want to screw your riders even more by cutting the lines even more? If creating the Orange line means the rest of the operations suffer and you take away the operator's health care benefits to pay for the new light rail, you should not be pursuing it.
